Welcome to KNM Transport. These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website and services. By engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these terms. Please review them carefully.

1. Bookings and Confirmation

  • Bookings can be made via our website, email, or telephone. Once we receive your request, a booking will only be considered confirmed upon receipt of payment or confirmation from KNM Transport.
  • We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion without liability.

2. Payment Terms

  • All services are subject to full prepayment, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We accept payments through credit/debit card, bank transfers, or any payment method detailed on our website.
  • In the event of non-payment, KNM Transport reserves the right to cancel the booking without further notice.

3. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Client Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled service will be fully refunded. Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the total booking amount.
  • No Shows: If the client fails to appear at the agreed pick-up location without prior notice, no refund will be issued.
  • Company Cancellations: In the unlikely event that KNM Transport cancels a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be provided, or alternative arrangements will be offered.

4. Client Obligations

  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that their belongings are removed from the vehicle at the conclusion of the service. KNM Transport is not responsible for any lost or damaged personal items.
  • Clients must maintain appropriate conduct throughout the duration of the service. KNM Transport reserves the right to terminate the service without refund if the client’s behavior is deemed disruptive or unsafe.

5. Service Performance

  • KNM Transport strives to provide timely and reliable services; however, we are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as traffic, weather, or acts of nature.
  • While we endeavor to accommodate last-minute changes, modifications to bookings are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

6. Use of Vehicles

  • Our vehicles are maintained to the highest standards for your safety and comfort. Any damage caused to the vehicle by the client or their party will result in a charge to cover repair costs.
  • Smoking and the consumption of food or beverages (other than bottled water) are prohibited in our vehicles unless explicitly permitted.

7. Licensed Security Chauffeurs and Close Protection

  • Our licensed security chauffeur and close protection services are provided by highly trained professionals. Clients are required to comply with all safety protocols and instructions issued by our team for their protection.
  • Any deviation from agreed security measures may result in the suspension of services.

8. Bespoke Lifestyle Management

  • Our bespoke lifestyle management services are tailored to meet individual client needs. Specific terms regarding these services will be outlined in separate agreements.
  • Any additional services requested outside of the pre-agreed scope may incur supplementary fees.

9. Liability and Indemnity

  • KNM Transport is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business, or opportunity, resulting from the use of our services.
  • The total liability of KNM Transport, under any circumstance, will not exceed the amount paid by the client for the relevant service.
  • By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless KNM Transport from any claims, damages, losses, or legal fees arising out of your misuse of our services or breach of these terms.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

  • We are committed to safeguarding your privacy and personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for detailed information on how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

11. Force Majeure

  • KNM Transport shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these terms due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, strikes, or government regulations.

12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

13. Amendments

  • KNM Transport reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of any revised terms.
